Vegan Almond Sesame Cookies

The almond flavor combined with sesame paste gives these cookies an incredible tasty flavor. I love it because it’s:

  1. Healthy.

  2. Super quick and easy to make.

  3. Ingredients are mostly whole foods.

  4. Crazy tasty!

Ingredients

  • Dates

  • Sesame paste

  • GF quick oats

  • Coconut sugar

  • Almond extract

  • Hazelnuts

Almond extract is important for the flavor of these cookies, make sure you use a good quality one with real almond oil.

I used cherry preserves for this recipe, but a strawberry or berry one would also work.
